At the rehearsal, we will give gits to the 2 BM and 2 GM, reader, pianist (family friend who won't take a fee so we got a restaurant gift card), minister (family friend from OOT going above and beyond). My parents are paying for most of the wedding so got them gift cards. FI's mom will be there. I told him we should give her something and suggested a picture frame. FI insists no as she isn't doing anything or paying for anything. I don't want her to feel left out . I suggested he at least give her a heart felt card and he said no. They have an odd relationship but get along well now.
Should I let it go or push FI to give her something?
