At least she didn't spit them out at you. I can't remember what it was, but my Mom said there was something she gave me once and I didn't like it and I spit it out all over her.

I was trying to capture her funny faces but the shutter wasn't quick enough.  She does this pull-the-chin-back-and-close-one-eye-it's-sour-on-my-taste-buds face with eveything other than oatmeal.  I guess the oatmeal is bland and everythign else is "strong".

Yep.  She started rice cereal about 3 weeks ago and transistioned to oatmeal last week and I added some veggies this week.

So cute!  I'm planning to make my own baby food too, mostly because that jarred stuff is dis-gus-ting smelling.  I can not fathom forcing somebody to eat it.  Much less my child.
