Brie!

So these brownies... do you think I could use real caramel instead of making it with the caramels.  I have homemade caramel that I could drizzle on top.  It should work just fine right?

    Sure.  You melt the caramel before you pour it on, so it's kind of thick and liquidy.  It's more than a drizzle though--if you use the whole bag of caramels, it's basically like a second layer on top of the bottom layer of brownie dough.  You partially bake the bottom layer of brownie dough, take it out, cover with the chocolate chips (I think), then you pour the caramel on as a second layer, and then you put the dollops of leftover brownie dough on top as a partial third layer.

    Now I want to make these, too.  Hmm.
