My salon uses it, and the only time ive gotten them to do it it was on my toes (so I couldnt see it all that well) and a really thin shimmery colour on my nails which was pretty. The ones I have at home though Im not impressed with. I think essie and opi are far better quality.

For me....Zoya is super thin, many, many layers to get the opacity I like and holy chippy McChipperson batman.

I have not tried any Essie color, only their chip free top coat.  My only complaint about it is that it takes forever to dry.

OPI is my product of choice. No questions asked. Love the CHIP SKIP and START to FINISH.  I did my nails done for the 4th of July and it lasted 9 days before I got a chip at all. It was Big Apple Red and Swimsuit Nailed IT! (bright blue shimmer) with white shatter. All OPI products. 

I also recently started using OPI's cuticle oil....and it smells heavenly and works like a dream.
