My H attempted to joke to his brother about me being pregnant (aka, 'he'll know I'm joking!', in response to something his sister had said to his brother about the brother moving away despite the fact that we might have kids one day and thus he won't be close to them) and suddenly I'm getting texts from his family about 'the news'. Oh dear God. I think H has just realised very quickly exactly why you do not joke about pregnancy shortly after getting married...
