We don't have Qdoba.  But, there is a mexican place a few buildings over.  I could go for some quacamole.

I actually had a pasta Lean Cuisine. I bought a couple the other day because a lot of times I don't feel like leaving my office at lunch (in this heat), and I'd just been skipping lunch and eating a 3:00 candy bar. I figure a LC is better than nothing.

I think it goes without saying that it was underwhelming, although I did enjoy yesterday's french bread pizza.

Georgia, I've gotten to where the LC pizzas and paninis are the only ones I'll buy.  Nothing else is worth it.

My husband brought me a turkey sandwich, chips, & drink from a local deli and dropped them off for me.  Might not seem like much but he's been out of work for 2 years, we don't eat out much, I pack my breakfast & lunch every day so it was a really nice treat.

Let me add that he had a really good interview with the major IT staffing agency here and they are putting him through to several companies in the area and all pay close to what he used to make so we're very hopeful. Even if he had to drop to half what he used to make, we'd still be ok so we'd be happy with that too but these jobs are up near where he was before he was laid off.

Yeah, something about the bread makes them heartier or something. If I continue to buy them, I'm definitely sticking with pizzas and paninis.

Today's did absolutely nothing for me. I'm still hawngry.

I'm really interested to know how different mexican food is north of Texas. apparently in Vegas, chile con queso is unknown.

Mini soft pretzel with cream cheese, and a mini bagel turkey sandwhich. Maybe a piece of chocolate chip banana bread later.
