When my husband goes to the store and surprises me with a new package of Oreos or my favorite ice cream.

Hearing my nephew (he's 6) say "I love you!"

Anytime my nephew talks to me on the phone, or my favorite, when he leaves a voicemail.

The tone in my husband's voice when he says "hi there" when he answers it cell phone and it is me on the other end.  It just says I love you.  It is warm and loving, and just for me.  All in two words.  Refocuses me everytime I need it.

When I'm sitting at the dining room table and all of the cats are around - Pawkie behind the laptop where the warm air blows on her, Ashe on the linen trunk beside the table where I can pet his head when I need to sit and trouble over something for work, Tim on my paper work sleeping until she decides to knock it all off and make a mess, Leo in his chair at the sliding glass door snoring, Cloud on my feet, and Barret stretched out next to my chair. They make me happy.

Seeing DH's name on caller ID or his phone number on my phone at work

My big horse wuffling my hair at night when I go tuck him in right before I go to bed.

When the pony was up here sitting on her at night while she slept

This really made me smile today! 
My favorite things have to be snuggling into clean sheets at night and seeing how much my dogs wiggle when I walk in the door.  Of course coming home to see FI has cleaned the house is also great.
