I just heard on the news that they are splitting up and having joing custody.  Anyone know if this is true?  I am a sucker for celebrity gossip!

I'm wondering about the source too. I haven't seen anything about it, and I figure it would at least pop up online on the major news/entertainment sites.

Actually in was NBC news.  I don't care about them.  I just like celebrity gossip because i have no life. LOL

The "source" reporting this is some really junky tabloid, so I would doubt the specific source.  That said, they got together very fast and she's pretty crazy, so it wouldn't surprise me if they break up someday.  Too bad, I think it's sad when people with children break up.  Too many little victims.

I read this earlier. To me, it just sounds like a post-nup, set up for the sake of the kids in case something does happen. It doesn't scream 'breakup' to me.
