Hi Ladies:
So FI's older sister initially was not going to attend our wedding, FI was a bit upset about this, as his family situation is very...unique...and it is virtually his only sibling that he sees and talks to, she lives in FL and said she wasn't planning to come up during that time, but would be up a month later.
FI was understanding, FI's mother not so much, and apparently she said something to her and she posted on my Fbook wall that she would be attending, but her husband would not, so she was bringing her daughter (who is in her thirties). I thought this was kind of rude, as I do not know her daughter and FI does not either, but FI really wants her to come.
So here's my question- we're sending save the dates next month, should I address the save the date to herself and her husband (if her husband changes her mind, we would love for him to come), or just to her? If her husband decides to come, she will not be able to bring her daughter, as she can have one guest. Not sure what the right thing to here is- if she wants to bring her daughter that's fine, but not sure how to handle the save the date...she lives out of state and I know she would be offended if she did not get a save the date...help?!
