I like the edit option.  There are times I type way too fast and don't read before posting and then it makes no sense.  So I like that option.  But I just don't think you should be able to delete the entire post, or at least not delete the OP.

I'd like TK to instate that you can't post "HELP" "Emergency" "Urgent" or any other similar words that indicate an actual, serious problem.

It's annoying and usually the "emergency" is about a BM or MOB that is misbehaving.

I used to post there.  And when I got to the point of seeing red, I gave up.  I just can't do it anymore. 

The old thread cutoff would have to be customizeable by board.  Bringing up a 3 week old post on our local is NBD.  Here?  AAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHH!  (And no, I'm not supposed to close the newsletter posts, sorry.  I asked once if I could.  :D  )

I wish we could ban posters from specific boards.
