  • So sounds like mens gymnastics is worth watching for the entertainment crash value.

That Russian yesterday on the floor exercise, I thought she was about to break her elbow when she missed her hands on that one pass.  Slow motion wasn't as bad as it was seeing it the first time.
  • I missed the Russian gymnast's crash and burn last night.

My best friend & I used to have fierce badminton tournaments every summer.
  • I'm watching fencing right now.  I don't really understand it, but  I like it's something different to watch.

I wish I could have seen the gymnastics.  Too many people at work to get away with hit.  (I'm home now)

I missed a lot of the gymnastics last night because of our therapy session. I had it on in the background on mute.

Stacks, for some reason, I can NOT find diving being played anywhere here. I love watching diving and I am bummed I can't find it.

    Swimming medals time!!
  • In the WTF category?

I just read where a parents of a Chinese diver did not tell their daughter about the mom's now-in-remission breast cancer, nor the DEATH of her grandparents more than a year ago.

    Why you ask?

They didn't want her to be distracted from diving.

  • Yeah, Allen told me about that. Totally insane.
