I'm at a loss for what to do here. We sent out Save-The-Date cards last month ( 6 months before the wedding) because we have many out of town guests, and wanted them to be able to pre-plan.
My question is this: Several of the people from out of town have already told us they won't be able to make it to the wedding. Do we still need to send them invites? Sadly one of the parties is my FIs sister, and the godson of my FI. They were supposed to be in the wedding party. I'm mad they didn't decline when he first asked him, but oh well. The wedding is in Florida, they are from California. Also my daughter won't be able to make it from out of town, because she'll have a 2 week old newborn right around that time. She lives in VA and her hubby will be deployed to the middle east at the time.
So, if we know for sure they won't come, how do we delete them off our guest list here on The Knot? It's easy to add people, but I can't figure out how to delete them.
Would appreciate any input you can give.
