I'm so technologically illiterate.
H and I just got an iPod touch (hi, welcome to the 21st century!). I'm ready to put music on it but all the instructions are for loading from iTunes. Our iTunes doesn't work. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times but it's no good. Can I get the music from our computer onto the iPod with a different program?
