Tipping Venue

We had a 20% administrative fee added to our bill which is not  the tip. FH and I are trying to figure out what to tip. How much do you usually tip the reception matre d and staff? Is there a percentage? Our bill is about 17k before tax and service charge.

    Check with the venue. The corrdinator at our venue told us that she tips her staff from our "service fee".

    We were told to tip each worker a set amount. So it is not a percentage. Check with your venue, they may have guidelines for this.
