I'm so ready for this little guy to be here. The crib is ready the dresser is put together. Most of the clothes are put away. Now its just a waiting game.

I'm drinking wine and waiting for laundry to dry.  Getting married means that there's a lot more laundry all the time.

I hope they don't shut down, I just filed my taxes the other day and I'm supposed to get them back in ten days.  Hopefully they agree on something.

Hiii!!! H and I got pedicures tonight...he picked out some horrendous polish...I can't wait for it to "chip" so I "have to repaint them" lol. Ciara - little E will be here before you know it...I can't wait til we see pictures!

I just sent the IRS a check.  Hopefully they spend it (and all the money I've given them all year long) wisely.

On the other hand, California's broke.  I wonder if they'll ever give me a refund, or if they'll IOU me (they've done that to H in the past).

That's right, Ciara, how could I forget?  But the fluid levels came up, right?  And it sounds like you're definitely spending a lot of time out of bed, preparing the house for E.

My fluids came up the next week but they knew it was a bad idea to let me go back to work when it could just happen again. I figure we are past the safe point so he can come when ever at this point. If I do a little extra that is okay.

I love that link. I've had a couple friends post it on their facebook pages the last couple weeks. I really haven't had anyone ask me if I've had him yet. Everyone just asks me how I'm doing and if we are ready.

It is really weird having high risk on the top of all my charts. The only reason I was high risk was because of the cleft palate that he has. Now my fluid was low so that put me a little higher on the list but stil not near as bad as most.

Edmund has a complete bilateral cleft lip and palate. We still don't know exactly when the surgeries will be but I know there will be at least 2 in the first year.

I'm doing as best as I can. I just keep reminding myself that it is fixable and he will be a perfetly healthy little boy.

I just ironed 7 of H's workshirts.  Thank goodness he has a bunch of no-iron shirts.

Katelyn -- I LOVED working in the ED.  If I did my rotation earlier, I might have applied to EM instead of IM.
