My fiance and I will be getting married in March. While we would like to invited everybody we know we just can't offered such a large ceremony and reception. Therefore, we have decided to have a "smaller" ceremony with a cake and punch reception and larger reception/party after we return from our honeymoon. We were thinking of making the second reception a potluck, but the more I think about it the less comfortable I am with the idea. Is it ok or not ok in this situation?
