Vendor meal for the DJ?

I'm definitely going to provide a meal for my photographer, since she will be with us all day, but do I need to have one for the DJ? He will only be there 4-5 hours. Which other vendors would I need a meal for?

    I'd say any vendor who is going to be working over a meal time, honestly. People don't do their best work when they're hungry.

    Definitely feed your vendors. Check your contract bc they may require a hot meal as opposed to a cold one

    Check your contract.  Typically DJ's and photographers get fed, but it should be specified in their contract whether you have to provide a meal for them.  The venue should take care of their staff (wait staff, etc) but if you bring in an outside catering company or bartender, check to see what may be required.
