Question about invitations and hotel

How would we word this?

A local hotel has rooms offered at a discount for guests that care to rent one. FI wants to type up a little piece of paper to put in our invites and I'm not sure how to word this? Also want to offer shuttle service for guests that plan on staying at the hotel. I know there will be a lot of out of state guests, plus a lot of drinkers are invited. Thanks.

We included a card which was the same design as the reception card. It says "rooms have been blocked off at the following hotel for 89/night. Mention the bridegroom wedding when booking. Complimentary shuttle service from the reception to the hotel will be available."

Have you thought about doing a wedding website?  You can include all of the information on hotels, travel, transportation, etc on the website.  Then you can include a small card with your invitations that says something like, "For more information on hotels and transportation, please visit www.ourweddingwebpage.com."

We've tried to set up a website but just got a bit confused. Invitations are going out in a week or so.
