In celebration of me feeling like a brand new woman, I'm actually going to cook dinner tonight. I hope I still have this energy when I get home. This thing I found still feels like a cop-out because it's so easy, but damn it looks good. I'm also going to go look for that 'perfect meatloaf' pan at lunch today, so that might be dinner. Got any good meatloaf recipes?
