Vendor tipping...who and how much??

There are some I know to tip like the trolley driver, the priest/alter boys.  But who else gets a tip?  Photographer? Band? Florist? Hair/Makeup(we hired her to come to our location)? Wedding Venue Coordinator?

Ok I think that is about it but I'm so confused on who to tip and who not to tip.  I am a habitual over-tipper but with the wedding budget it seems like it could get out of hand fast!

Any insight?

It isn't necessary to tip anyone who owns their own business.  For me, this includes the photographer, florist, DJ, hairstylist and make-up artist.  I will most likely tip the photographer's assistant, the DOC (who is employed by the venue), and whoever ends up delivering the flowers and cake. 

I'll probably also tip for hair and make-up; it isn't necessary since both vendors are self-employed, but I think I'd feel awkward not tipping for beauty-related services.

We did like celles said and tipped everyone who did not own the business. We did not tip anyone at our reception venue as I clarified that the tip was included in our contract.

i disagree with not tipping owners if they do a great job.

Tip the hair and  makeup artist, the venue coordinator,9unless otherwise specified in contract)  the band, the florist deliver person.  I would wait until you have proofs from your photographer before tipping.
