OMG y'all I just remembered this- so this weekend I found out that some friends-of-friends are pregnant with twins. But here's the thing? They already have 8 month old twins. So they will now have FOUR children under the age of 2. O.M.G.

Manda, having twins is my biggest irrational fear.  I don't know what I'd do with TWO sets of them.

Manda, yay about the g2g! I'm getting excited about it.

I had a pretty good weekend, we both had off on Friday so we gots lots of quality time together. We saw Water for Elephants on Friday and watched a lot of netflix stuff. And I convinced my dad to get me a Kindle for my birthday so that should be here soon.

LVB, I think you would look great in a 40's style dress, you could do the pin-up kind of look well.

Emily - Thanks. Yes, I will be teaching toddlers, which is the age group I have the most experience with. And I think it is my favorite so far, but I really can't use the pre-k class I taught this year as an example of what a pre-k class SHOULD be like.

I will be moving back to Ohio before H, the second weekend in May. My Dad is on vacation, so he is going to come down and help me take back just what I need to get by for a few weeks. I will live with my Grandma for the time being until H joins me and then we will either continue living there or move in with his parents temporarily. I don't want to get a place just yet until he has a job so we can sort of find something that is centrally located and not really far away for either of us.

He told me the only requirement for us to move back was that one of us had to have a job. I will accept the offer today. He will likely be giving his notice in the next few weeks and I will come back down here to help him move the rest of the stuff mid June. Our lease is up July 2, so we basically have to pay May & June's rent and we have fulfilled the lease.

Manda - I think I would be finding myself a bridge if I were your friends. No, I am just kidding. But wow, that is going to be one busy Mama & Papa.

H and I could very well have a shot at twins. They run on my Dad's side of the family. My Grandpa was a twin and he has twin nephews. IMO, that would be perfect esp if they were a boy & a girl. But of course, H wants more kids than just 2. But I think we will see about that esp since we are going to be old parents.

Thanks, Anna! I have a bit of a tummy and those dresses are really hour glass shaped, so I'm hoping a Spanx thingy will help with that.

What do you consider "old parents"? You guys are still in your 20s right and would have kids probably in your early 30s?

I ask because my mom was 38 and my dad was 47 when I was born, which I think is old parents, but it's also not like they were so ancient that they couldn't play with me or antying.

adamar, Mr P keeps laughing at me because at the 1st ultrasound all he wanted to know was "healthy" and all I wanted to know was "healthy BABY" instead of "healthy babieS". But my father was a twin, so it was a real worry. We would have figured something out, sure, but... I'd really prefer one at a time, please and thank you.

I'm so tired.  But unlike most of you, I worked all weekend and yesterday was day 6 of very long days.  I'm so happy to have off today.. Too bad it's a holiday here, so I can't get done a lot of things I want to get done.   Oh well.

Omg, Panda.  I think I'd have a problem if I had two sets of twins under 2.  I have a hard time keeping up with my niece.  And there's only ONE of her.

I get to go to this place (<-clicky) for FREE for a week!!  We stayed there for my SIL's wedding a couple of years ago, and the new manager found some pictures my H took of the resort.  H offered to come take some more pictures for him in exchange for a room.  He said yes.  I'M SO EXCITED!

I have a short and condensed work week because of a little thing known as my BIRTHDAY, so I'll be even more busy than normal this week. AND I get to GTG with knotties on Friday, so I'm PUMPED about that!!!

Oh, and I got a new car. I was a little sad to say bubye to the Passat, but I was more than ok saying hello to TIGUANNNNNIIMMOOOOOOOO!!!!! We're getting along swimmingly.
