My SIL to be is my MOH, she told me last weekend she and some other girls are taking me out to a local bar next Satuday, with a party beforehand. Is it bad that I am not at all excited about it? I appreciate the gesture, really, but the idea of going out to the bar and having ppl buy me shots just isn't that appealing to me anymore. SIL is still in her early twenties, and I'm 30 and have a baby, so I'm just kinda over that whole scene. I'd much rather stay home and drink some wine if anything, but I don't want to be rude either.
