Tipping Help!!

First of all...I'm sure many people have asked the same thing so I apologize in advance. 

I am not sure who I should tip and how much to tip them.

DJ - I will have a DJ, and an MC who will also be our JP for the ceremony. How much is appropriate?
Photobooth attendents - is tipping them neccessary?
Photographer - owns his own business
Flower Lady - owns her own business
Horse & Carriage - it may be the owner driving, may not be
Limo - gratuity is included in the bill
Waitstaff - gratuity is included in the bill
Cupcakes - tip the delivery person?
 
and then of course I plan to tip the hair/makeup artist.

    Read your contracts, some have gratuity already added in. When in doubt, ask.

    The concept of not tipping theowner of a business is way outdate although the knot says it's fine.  It's no.
  • Ok so I'm confused now. What is the etiquette if the knot is not up to date? Florist owns business and is dropping off flowers.... What do I give her? Dj owns business what do I give him. 20% gratuity is incl in reception price so who am I tipping? Who sees that tip? Anyone? Am i tipping ppl who set up the place? How do i coordinate to get all these different ppl their tips since i wont be there while they are setting up or delivering the cake. Do i give a large envelop to the wedding coordinator to take care of? Bartenders and valets I assumed would be covered by guest tips as well as myself when I get a drink when they take my car whatever. Is that incorrect? Am I giving them a tip on top of guest tips?
