no shower, where to include registry info?

I am an older first time bride and I will not be having a bridal shower due to the fact that we have everything..... except a fence and yard decking.  Where do I include Home-Depot reistry info?

Re: no shower, where to include registry info?

  • You don't. That sort of info is spread via word of mouth. Just tell a few people (your Mom and bridesmaids) and they can spread the word from there.
  • Yup - I agree with Missy.  You don't include registry info on wedding invitations.  The proper way to spread it is either word of mouth or, if you have a wedding website, you may list it on there.
  • Ditto others.  If you have a website, you can list registry info on there but the registry info should be no where on your invites or on anything else in the invite envelopes.

  • Website is easiest, IMO.

  • Ditto PPs, word of mouth and/or wedding website. It has been my experience as a many-time wedding guest that if the guest is not sure where you are registered, he/she will just give you a check, so it works out anyway.
