We just received our first gift in the mail for the wedding. I hadn't ordered any Thank You notes because I always keep them on hand as well as my own stationary.
I went to write the Thank You and ALL of my notecards are "from me" rather than vague "Thank You" on the front. I have about 10 that are blank with just a gold, scripted "T" on the front and then others that write "Taylor" in navy script.
I plan to use these for the shower gifts, however would it be off to use this style notecard as a Thank You for a general wedding gift? Side note-the gift came from FI's aunt and uncle. Of course I'd refer to both of us in the note itself and they'd assume I wrote the note (as I am) anyway.
