Squeee!

Did I srsly just type that?

Anyway,  UPS just showed up....with my canning set!  I'm so excited.  I'm going to try my hand at some home made goodies for Christmas.

  • Yum.  We love us some blueberries.

  • Now I want a canning set. I have been wanting to do something really old fashioned like knitting (but I don't know how) but canning sounds a little easier.

I'm learning how to crochet, too.   It's like I've gone all domestic or somthing. 0_0

  • My great Grandma used to have a huge garden and used to can everything. Gosh, that brings back the memories. She used to make her own jam and preseves and apple butter as well. It was always cool helping her when I was a kid, but I have never tried it myself.

[QUOTE]Uhh... I'm sorry.  Did you say apple butter?  It's just about my favorite thing in the whole world.  I can't find it anywhere here.  If you make some, it must be sent.  DO EET.

Would I even be able to send it to you or would some agent between here and Sweden confiscate it and eat it?

Well, there's always the possibility that someone will steal and eat it.  But unlikely.  I think you can send it though because it's cooked, and not fresh fruit or veg.
