I saw you mention your friend/roomie in another post - did she end up moving out? I know you were worried about whether that would actually happen, so I hope she did!

She moved out on Sunday! Best wedding present ever! Her cat's coming back next week, though, because she'll be out of town for a week. But it's really nice to have our den back (so we have a place to store leftover wedding decorations and gifts) and to just have our whole house to ourselves again. Oh, and to not have to worry about her financial situation anymore.

She also gave a really awesome speech at my wedding that made everyone cry. I hope we got that on video.

Yay! I'm so glad you've got that weight off your shoulders and that you two newlyweds have the house to yourselves again.

Yeah. We spent the wedding night at a hotel. The night after that we spent at home before leaving on the HM. She stayed with a friend that night. She really wanted to move out on Saturday (before we got back from the HM), but couldn't get a truck until Sunday. Oh well! It's done!

H did have to try to help her move a wardrobe (which I bought for her but said she could take) into the truck. Turns out she still had stuff in the wardrobe. So it was heavy. And it broke. So now it's on our porch. Oh well. We eventually made it to the beer tasting we were going to. And now we're FREE. I have so much more room in my closet, and H loves having his desk/office back.
