Out of town guests

My fiance and I are planning a wedding back home.  Many of our groomsmen and a number of his family will be traveling for the wedding. I have found a hotel for the out of town guests and will be providing a shuttle service for them to get from the hotel to the reception and back. The problem that I face is that a family member of his feels that it is my responsibility as the bride to either "shuttle' all of the out of town guests (which we technically are as well) or provide transportation for them from the airport which is about an hour away. Not only do I not have the money to provide these services for our out of town guests, but I do not want to volunteer my time before the wedding and the day after the wedding. We are talking about 50 people arriving at all different times. Am I being selfish?
