I'm up later than usual baking my pumpkin seeds and for some reason my computer feels like effing up my knot posts. Enjoying a glass *cough* bottle of wine, what is everyone else up to tonight?

Precisely why there will never be red wine in my house, that and the smell reminds me of month old grapes in the back of the fridge.

Haha, well wine <em>is</em> fermented grapes

 DH is an enologist and works primarily with CA reds, so there is very little chance of there ever being a greater white to red wine ratio in our house. I do prefer reds generally, but tonight I was feeling a crisp white.

Are you drinking yet? ;)

Hi Sun! I have no idea how to bake pumpkin seeds but found a killer pumpkin cheesecake recipe (that I plan to try for Thanksgiving) if you're interested.

No, I get off work in about 15 minutes so in about an hour I'll be home and in my jammies with my wine.

Oh and I'm sure she meant roasting pumpkin seeds and all you do is carve your pumpkin, separate the seeds from the squish, put them on an oiled sheat pan(stir them around so they get coated), put a sprinkle of salt over top, the pop them into a 325 degree oven for 25 minutes(tossing every ten).
The pig out, their nummy!

Our pumpkins are still in H's car. I could really go for some pumpkin seeds right now though. Instead, I'm waiting for him to get home from playing Warhammer so we can go to bed. And also wishing the wind would die down so we don't lose any more trees.
