I'm working on my bar menu right now, and I'm wondering how specific to be with the information on there. Should I be putting full names of things? Listing alcohol by volume? Listing beer/wine choices from the lightest to the heaviest?
And how many should I make? I think we only have one bar, but should I do two to put one on each end, just in case? I'm just going to print them off the computer and put them in frames, if that makes a difference.
Also, random tangent: I was just looking at pictures of bar menus online, and I saw that somebody had four signature cocktails under the headers of "Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue" and now I'm really sorry I didn't do that.
