Hi! I'm hoping to get some advice on what to do about the day-of transportation.... we want to provide a nice mini coach for our bridemaids and groomsmen from the hotel to the venue (ceremony and reception are in the same place) and then take them and their dates back again at night. My question is what to do with their dates/spouses in the afternoon? Since we are doing pictures before the ceremony and want the wedding party there a couple hours ahead of time, I thought I would send the shuttle back to pick the dates up. But I've had a few people say that they assumed that they would just come with their spouses/dates to take pictures? Cost wise it might not make a difference either way as most places I've spoken to have a 3 hour minimum, but I did find a place that would charge by mileage, so I could potentially save a few hundred dollars by just doing one tranport in the afternoon. Help! Thanks
