Hi ladies,
I haven't been around in a while, trying to wrap up my thesis and graduate school, 6 more weeks!
Anyway, here's my question. I am getting married October 23. My FI and I are from opposite ends of the state so each family is throwing us a shower they are back to back weekends, July 10th and July 18th. They decided to do them so early because my mom, sisters and most of my bridesmaids are out of state and a few of them have to come back to NY for weddings during that time so they figured they would throw mine while they were here rather than making two trips. I wasn't going to send my wedding invitations until August, however that means they wouldn't get to my guests until after the shower. All the guests already received STD's in March so they know they are invited. Is it rude for shower invites to come before wedding invites?
