Was this discussed and I missed it?
http://www.cnn.com/2011/CRIME/03/17/connecticut.yale.murder.plea/index.htmlCN: In 2009, a Yale student went missing a few days before her wedding. The day the wedding was supposed to take place, searchers found her body stuffed into the wall of the Yale lab building. One of her coworkers was arrested and plead guilty while maintaining his innocence, using what's called an Alford plea (he maintains his innocence but concedes that the evidence is too much against him to risk going to trial). As part of his sentencing, he received 44 years in jail.
