f/u to my shipping issue from yesterday

I felt bad about not giving the seller the opportunity to work with me before I posted the feedback so I went ahead and took the feedback down since there was no way to edit it.  I was scratching  my head a bit last night about why she was so quick to offer to replace the bottle no charge AND refund the original price if this was indeed a USPS problem. I had even offered to meet her halfway by not getting a refund but just a new bottle at no cost since a)I didn't contact her first and b)it could still show up.  She replied and said that was nice but not necessary and went ahead and told the warehouse to ship a replacement bottle and she already started the refund process. I accepted but was still not quite sure why she would willingly lose money on 2 bottles because of USPS.

I was able to get some updated info with the tracking number this afternoon.
The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on March 08, 2011 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.

Sounds like it never even SHIPPED.  Now I think I know why she was so willing to refund my money because if it never shipped, she's not out two bottles.  And of course, Amazon has a "one feedback per order" setup on feedback. Once you leave feedback for an order, if you delete it, you can't replace it.

ETA: I wanted to update to show that she's working with me and comment on the new delivery time (good or bad).
