Photo Guestbook Examples

So, I'm working our guestbook & I feel like I need an example of how much empty space to leave for people to sign. I'm looking through examples on blurb & most of them are using the lined pages, which I wanted to avoid because I think it will make people just write their name instead of a message. Do any of you lovely ladies still have your photo guestbooks available to look at online?

jrsturde- maybe a stupid question, but when I made my photo guest book on shutterfly, it automatically put page numbers on all of my pages, just curious how you got yours where it doesn't have page numbers...

I used the layout with 1 picture that fills the whole page edge to edge. I actually made all of my pages in GIMP (like photoshop) and saved them as jpeg's so each page is only 1 "picture". I did it that way so I could put my pictures and quotes exactly where I wanted them on the pages. Does that make sense?

Mine is posted in my blog. I had to re-order because they cut off part of FI on the center spread and it looked like I was growing out of his side. I used smaller photos on each page for that part. I think the amount of space you need also depends on how many people you have. We are having around 100 people. Jessica, I didn't even pay attention to the page numbers and now it's going to bug me! haha.

Here is the only inside pic I have of mine..... If you have picaboo, we can be "friends" and you can see the whole thing online.....the left page is covered with a black and white pic, and the other side has 2 small pics and people can sign the white space

btw we had about 115 guests and the space left was plenty since most families signed as a unit rather than individuals.

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for all the help! I think I have enough space laid out for my estimated 100 guests to sign.I'm going to give it a final proof tonight & then send it in to be printed!Blurb doesn't let you post the whole book online, but if you want to look at the first 15 pages you can :)http://www.blurb.com/books/811648
