Just wondering who is "supposed" to pay for parking?
We're getting married in a hotel and the parking rates are pretty expensive. We've managed to cut them in half, but even still, paying for all 150ish guests to park there is a lot and we're on a strict budget!
We're going to advise people to try street parking (free) and nearby mall garage parking ($3), and all of our close friends I'm sure would help us out, but obviously we can't force people to park off-site.
Is there a nice way of saying "please pay for your own parking"? Or is it rude to ask them to pay for parking at all?
