I got one of my place settings in the mail today from BB&B. There was no card, but an invoice with a friend's name on it. I called my fiance to let him know that this friend had sent us such a nice and expenisve gift and I really couldn't believe it. He said, "I wonder why he didn't go in on the gift with his brother," who is also invited to the wedding. That got me to thinking, "what if they did go in on it together?" Should I contact the guy on the invoice to ask him? What do I say? I'm going to send him a thank you note soon, but he lives with his brother and I don't want the other to not get a note if it's from him as well. What do you think? What would you do? Am I over-thinking it?
