How many response cards

My response cards have one M                                    line, which I think is pretty standard.  My question is, if I'm inviting a family of four or more (all kids under 18), do I send more than one response card?  It seems weird to ask people to cram all 4+ names on one little line, but I don't know what's really normal for something like that.

Thanks!

Re: How many response cards

  • People usually write in the names on the line or under it.
  • I would still put one line.  They can always put Mr. and Mrs. Guest and Family, and then mark their number under their meal choices.  You can always write:

    M________________________
       ________________________

(two lines like that) if you really think you need more room.

  • Thanks for the help, I just wanted to make sure before I sent them out.  Thanks!

  • Our response cards say
we have reserved ___ seats in your name
    M____________________

that way you can write "4" in there (and just "1" for those guests that don't just assume they can bring whomever they wish ;) )
