I have my annual review tomorrow. I was not nervous about it originally because it was going to be with just my manager, but apparently our director has decided he needs to be present. I guess I'm sort of half his admin as well so it makes sense, but I was looking forward to an easy half hour eval and calling it a day. She was in his office for quite a long time yesterday.

FWIW the only negative on my last year's eval was that I needed to develop an "Inn Voice" Which is the soft, quiet voice we are supposed to use when inside the Inn. My voice carries and it's hard for me to remember that. I've avoided going to the Inn as much as possible this year for that reason.
