Hair and Make-up for BM's.

Hi ladies,

I have a quick etiquette question regarding my bridesmaids.  I am wondering who is expected to paid for their hair and make-up??  I am wondering if thats something I need to make clear if they\re expected to pay and how to bring it up without being rude.

Suggestions??  And whose responsibility is it?
