I'm pretty good. A little frustrated with myself. My plant is on shut down this week and NO ONE is here. I felt like I should be. Well, I decided to be a little late this morning and slept in. I was still freaking 5 min early. Its a disease. I'm hoping to work from home half the day. H keeps bugging me to get outside and go for a walk. Once I get home, I kinda want to stay there. He's annoying me.

Aw, go outside and go for a walk LVB.  Tebow just wants to be lovey dovey and hold your hand in the nice weather.  Go with it.    I understand the early to work disease.  I got here super late today and that was still 5 minutes early. 

Happiness, I could surely use a cocktail.  This has been a seriously long week full of ups and downs.

Oh! D got sent home from the hospital...with no baby! She has had high blood pressure for a few weeks and was on modified bed rest. This last appointment, they were all...oh, lets go ahead and induce you!!11!! To me, they should have put her on real bed rest and waited. Instead, they start trying on monday to...erm...soften things up a bit. They do that all night Monday and then start the Pitocin on Tuesday at 5am. She's in sorta labor all day and in pain. Still not working. So Tuesday at 5pm, they stop and let her rest and shower and eat. Spend all night trying to soften things again. Wed morning, they send her home! So she got to go through all the pain and waiting AND now they're going to be over their insurance and will ahve to pay otu of pocket for some of the ACTUAL delivery.

This is why I'm so (personally) anti hospital birth and doctors. I firmly believe that in a healthy pregnancy, a woman's body knows what it's doing. Clearly X-Ray wasn't ready to come out yet!

Blerg, I guess. Man he has been hounding me for 'the sex' this week. That's all fine and good. But don't expect to wait until MY bedtime and just jump me. Not gonna happen. 1, I gotta get to bed. 2, I'm an oven not a microwave. No quick button to push. Lazy ass.

So who is D?  Is this your friend or a knottie?  I think I'm slow today if I'm supposed to know who that is.  But I would cut somebody if my labor story started that way.  CUT THEM.

Mornin ladies.

By 2:00 today, I will be a very happy person. I have a bunch of assignments due today, an exam and a graded performance. By 2, I will be done. I then have 2 hours of class tomorrow morning, and by 1:00 tomorrow, I will be done with university classes FOREVA.

I'd be ecstatic if I wasn't so sleepy.

Yum.  Cupcakes!  I just heard there is a cupcake place going in by my house.  $33 for a dozen.  SAY WHAT?  Not in my neighborhood.  I'm predicting they didn't research their market and won't be around long.

Oh, and also guys.  Mr Stack finds out today.  I'm pretty sure it's his for the taking, we just have to get into numbers and see if it'll work for us.

I mean, it wasn't even false labor! She wasn't in labor! I have no idea why they did that to her. She wasn't having contractions, no mp issues, no dialating, nothing! They should have put her on full bedrest and told her to take a baby asprin. Shiit. Why aren't I doctor?


And he's totally going to get it! Have they offered you anything?

LVB do you think you could get that memo about "the sex" to Lucas? I try to tell him those two things but it does.not.compute.

That sucks about your friend. I'm surprised with the high blood pressure they didn't do bed rest immediately. Lucas's sister had that problem with their littlest one. They did bedrest, and about two or three weeks later at one of her appointments her blood pressure was through the roof, THAT's when they finally induced her.

Good morning all. It looks like it's going to be a beautiful day. I AW'd in the night time thread, but at my official weigh in last night I was down another 2.8lbs for a total of 27. Less than ten to go for my May goal. I'm pretty sure i'll surpass that.

I could try to send out a memo, but you probably don't want me to. It's clearly not working in my household. I flat out told him last night what my issue was. So hopefully I can actually get the sex at a good time and still go to bed at 10  lol. I'm such an old lady.

But see those are famous cupcakes, and in an area that makes sense charging that much.  I live in a trying to citify itself farmer town that is basically all families with SAHM's.  I swear every family has at least 4 kids.

Good morning!

Yay, Mixtape!  There's nothing like that feeling of being DONE with college!

Congrats to Cfas and MK for losing the weight!  I'm scared to step on a scale.  Not because I've been overeating, but because I've been dieting and biking and I'm scared to see that the scale has gone nowhere.

It's back to being rainy today.  After work I'm spending the evening packing (again).  I can't wait until Saturday night, when all of this is done and all the crap that is in my old place is going to be crap in my new place.  And then I can just unpack at my leisure.  Plus MIL might be coming down to check out our new place on Sunday, which would be great because she never comes down to visit from MA.  I hope she does come.

I am here! Tonight our company does pizza night at the local american legion and we get in the kitchen and cook the pizzas. I am excited for that. Except the lady that organizes it is sick and we may be short staffed, which I might have just volunteered FI to help. eck?

We had a 4 HOUR LONG meeting on freaking social networking yesterday. It was painful. I mean I get the goal and I see where they want to go, but it is going to be a painful process for sure.

Stacks - what is going on with Mr Stacks?   

My DH had his New Orleans interview yesterday and then want to do another one.   It's going to be a long few weeks not know where we are going. 

Oh and we learned even more about how much of a douche DH's boss is.  He has been going behind DH's back trying to work with another resort (sister resort) and trying to get rid of our food distributor (the only one on island btw) and bringing in stuff on our own.  When the chef (who is friends with DH) questioned why DH is not invited he said 'not to worry about him".   Even that chef thinks this guy is sneaky and refused to have a meeting without DH.

Oh and they are revamping one of the restaurants and he never told DH of the upcoming changes.  You would think the chef would be apart of a $200k renovation right?  Which btw was an idea DH pitched to corporate 2 years ago.

I'm actually looking forward is leaving now.  This guy is such a douche.  He claiming DH is a terrible chef and does not know how to handle the finances.  Yet he as the of the best food costs in the company (in the hardest market because of how much has to be shipped in), has taken the revenue from $7million a year to over $21 million in under 3 years AND one of his restaurants just went 4 Diamond.  Which is a huge honor (there are no 4 Diamonds restaurants in the USVI).

Yeah right, DH's performance really sucks...

(sorry for the vent.  This guy is just ridiculous).
