Tipping

Question about who to tip and how much? I know it can vary if the individual owns their own business or not, so...
Hair and Makeup - Owners - For the hair lady, I didn't meet her minimum with myself and two bridesmaids, but went with her anyways at her minimum, so she's making at least her minimum with less people.
Photographer - Owner
DJ - individual within a company
Flowers - Only 1 or 2 people (owner and assistant?)
Officiant - Owner
Day-Of coordinator, Chef, etc - It's an all-in-one package thing, gratuities are included, but should I give more?

I plan on tipping everyone who doesn't have the gratuity included. Even if the person owns the business I don't see why I shouldn't tip them if they do a good job.

Pretty much this. The exception were our florist, who we gave a heafty deliver fee too, and cake baker (same thing). Everyone else, including photog, got a little something extra. Gratuity was included in our package, but we gave a little something extra to the bartenders (even though I found out later that my friends tipped them) and servers. And the valet guys.

Haha I always tip the bartender at weddings, even if they don't have a jar. My theory is if you give them a nice hefty tip right off the bat then they'll remember you all night and give you awesome service (I do this everywhere I go, drop a $20 tip and get get excellent service the rest of the night)
