I bought the dress with all the bows!

I feel great about it. I didn't make a rush decision, I have tried it on 3 times since I first saw it and yesterday I just felt ready to pull the trigger, so I did it!

It's adorable.  That's one of those dresses that will fantastic on the right person and ridiculous on the wrong person.

Amoro- OP's username doesn't seem familiar for me, but I know the signature- she has been here quite awhile, I recall Whit having a conversation with her a few months ago about her use of fiance/fiancee, lol. 

and in any case, her dress is very fantastic.

BTW Allison, a friend of mine went to a wedding at your venue a few years ago (I think it is the same place--looks the same) and loved the space.  The pics looked so amazing!

I agree--the dress will be wonderful for that space!  Works so well with the vibe.  I'm already looking forward to your wedding pics :).

FI is wearing a suit. Not sure what color yet. I'm not a fan of white suits though, so prob not white.

these are the shoes I'm currently obsessed with, but they're sold out everywhere so I probably wont find them.

It might be just me, but I think you should go with the simpler approach with the shoes.  I kind of feel like the ones you posted would be really crazy with your dress.  I like:

I agree with Amoro on the shoes. I'd go for something simpler (yet still super cute) given all of the detail on your dress.

I cant honestly decide whether I like the dress or not, and youre not actually in it youre holding it up against you. All I know is youre going to get it hemmed up because it isnt good at the length its at.

I can't try it on, because I'm a size 18 and this dress is a sample size 8. However, its a really basic a-line silhouette and I have lot of dresses like that and its most flattering for my figure. Also, I'm getting a muslin, so it will be fitted perfectly.

As for the length, obviously the sample length isn't designed for someone who is 5'3.
