Tipping my vendors

I have been going through all of the websites for for vendors such as my DJ, and my clerk. I have already paid my bill for my DJ, and it was not cheap to say the least and they are asking for a 15% tip on top of what I have already paid. Now thats a lot to pay out for a few hours of work.
 
Also, I am having a civil ceremony and I have to pay a fee to have this done. Plus a rehearsal fee as well, and he has also mentioned a tip. I'm not sure if I am being selfish. But I am not sure if either deserve a tip, I am a server and I would never ask anyone for a tip or tell them it has to be 15%. So I am really taken back by these vendors and I am not sure what to do.

Are they asking for a tip that isn't in the contract or is gratuity that is worked into your contract/what you pay? For instance, the limo company we booked told us what the rental price was but then told us gratuity was 15% and both of those were in the contract and gratuity wasn't optional.

I agree if he is just asking for a tip, that's rude. I would personally only tip the DJ if you felt he went above and beyond and gave superior service.

Are you also talking about the DJ in your second paragraph or a different vendor?

My limo was the same way. The tip was included in the contract. But for my DJ they are asking for  tip outside of what we have already paid. So it's not included in our contract. I found it very rude for them to ask about it as well. Also they asked if we are going to be feeding the DJ, which i found is kind of he tip i would be giving him because we have to pay for his plate.
The second paragraph was in relation to my minister/ clerk who is doing our service but has also asked about a tip but we have to pay a fee for him to come out and do it anyways.

So i am trying to find out who I should tip, and who I shouldn't!
