Do I seal the inner envelopes for the invitations??

No. They remain unsealed. I don't think they even have glue.

I used a sticker to seal mine. The guy at the post office was concerned at how "puffy" the invitation was for mailing purposes. Putting the sticker on allowed me to push out all of the air for each envelope.
