Do you think the happy couple has any idea how poorly they treated their guests?

ETA - I hope you don't mind but I did a C&P of this on Outdoor weddings.  If you want, I will remove it, but you see some posts over there from time to time from brides thinking "hey it will be in the low 50's it will be fine!"

Not everyone has the skills necessary to organize and event, there's no shame in that.  There IS shame in refusing to admit to it and hiring people who do have those skills.

Shame on that bride and groom.  That's horrible.

Wow.  I would be PISSED if I had to stand outside in the the cold, eat in shifts, light my own fire, and wait until 1 am for a ride back.

Yeesh. I'm sorry you had to put up with that.  I hope the bride and groom realize who miserable they made every one.  Hopefully others will read this and learn from their mistakes.
