After my parents divorce, me & my half sisters relationship has changed dramatically. Currently we are not very close & I have almost no part in my nieces lives. As much as I have tried to mend our relationship she doesnt seem to want the same thing. Recently she called me upset because I had told her that I didnt want kids at our wedding. Its an adult only reception & its very formal. Our reception venue doesnt even offer a kids menu option. To make a long story short shes upset because I dont want my nieces at the wedding & is basically threatening to not come. I have offered to hire a babysitter but shes not liking that idea & is taking it personally. Am I wrong? I feel like shes just finding reasons to ruin our day
