I am purchasing some items that will be engraved and I am also doing my own wedding programs. Who's name comes first, the bride or the grooms? I did the bridal programs Christine and Brett, but for some reason I feel that Brett and Christine sounds better. What is the proper way to do this?

In terms of etiquette, ladies first, but depending on what it is, I put my fiance's name first because it sounds better. (ie - the wedding website URL)

Ladies. But like PP said, less formal things, I put FI better since it sounds better.

It's suppose to be ladies first but honestly I have seen it both ways and never blinked an eye at it or thought they did something wrong!
