I have sent out the save the dates to my wedding. Since then, my uncle has broken up with his serious girlfriend. She has been diagnosed with cancer and didn't want him to worry about her and have to care for her. They still talk and he still goes to see her, but it is no longer romantic. Do I still invite her? Do I invite them as a couple? What do I do in this situation?
