who pays for flowergirl/ring bearer outfits??

I am having my family friends son and daughter AND my finace's niece and nephew in the wedding...who pays for their outfits?? It's hard to coordinate w/ all of the parents so  I want to send out an email w/ links to the outfits I want, but I dunno if I say buy them within a month or so....or just ask for their size and order it myself?? Help!

I am having my mothers friends daughter as the FG and my nephew as the RB.  It is usually understood that when they accept on the RB or FG the parents will pay. That is why we asked the parents of the children first so they could commit to the financial portion of it, and then asked the children.  

for the FG I don't have any specific dress in mind, I know she is supposed to look like a minuature bride but I told her mother to go pick one out where I purchased my dress at so she can spend as much or as little as she wants.  My mom is going to go with her.  

For the RB, my nephew, he is just going to rent or puchase a tux whatever is cheaper.  Keep in mind you may want to have them wait till closer to the wedding depending on how old they are and how much they grow.  You don't want to buy them something and have it not fit or be too short by the time the wedding comes around!
